Job Description Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated TM Analyst to join our GOS Transaction Management team in Budapest. You’ll support real estate projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), working closely with our international network and global corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, analyzing data and learning in a fast paced, multinational environment. Real estate experience is not required — we will teach you the basics. What matters most is your mindset, communication skills and willingness to grow.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support portfolio analysis, including key dates, reviews and opportunity identification

Perform financial modelling such as stay‑vs‑go scenarios

Assist in preparing client reports, including Quarterly Business Reviews and presentations

Manage budgets, billing processes and financial forecasts for client accounts

Coordinate invoicing and ensure compliance with internal and external policies

Create and standardize internal and external presentations

Conduct research to support client needs and business development activities

Build strong client relationships and gather feedback

Engage confidently with senior stakeholders when required

Work independently while contributing actively to the wider team

Skills & Experience

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Extroverted, confident and comfortable interacting with clients and senior stakeholders

Good relationship‑building skills

International studies or experience working in multicultural environments is a plus

Proficiency in Excel is beneficial

Initial experience with data or reporting tools is helpful

Basic commercial awareness and interest in learning real estate fundamentals

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Degree is not essential — we value capability and mindset over formal qualifications
