ABOUT THE TEAM

The TxB Finance and Strategy team is responsible for TxB’s financials, headcount planning and management, growing strategy initiatives, partnerships & other ad-hoc analysis.

ROLE SUMMARY

The role will work closely with TxB leadership to build, articulate, and codify initiatives throughout the year, including goal setting, strategic and implementation of roadmaps, budgeting, and strategy session leadership. Responsibilities will include a focus on financial analysis and planning, requiring the individual to connect and collaborate with senior bankers and business unit leader(s). The role will also have a hand in ad hoc and priority strategic projects and will play a key role in business management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and analyze TxB financial and non-financial data, including business forecasts, balances, revenues and expensesSupport senior management team with preparing for meetings and external presentationsCollaborate with broader teams for business projections and ad-hoc projectsDevelop and document process enhancements for the team (digital), including internal and external stakeholders Analyzing complex problems, systems, data, and metrics to lead business initiatives, partnering with product experts

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/DEGREE AND FIELD:

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a relevant related field.
