Description
We are working with an investment management firm in the Twin Cities for a Transaction Management Associate/Senior Associate. In this role you will facilitate the transaction processes and ensure regulatory compliance. This role involves entity formation, governance documentation, and deal management throughout the transaction lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external legal counsel to support investment deals and regulatory procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage transaction documentation throughout the transaction process, working closely with internal and external counsel and other stakeholders.
· Support the fund formation process, including KYC procedures.
· Maintain and update structure charts, governance documents, and entity records for investment entities.
· Oversee governance-related activities
· Coordinate counterparty KYC inquiries, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance, and assist with regulatory filings.
· Organize and manage transaction and fund documentation
· Provide support on post-closing matters
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Minimum 2 years of related experience, ideally with a focus on business operations, contracts, or compliance.
· Fundamental knowledge of corporate governance and entity management.
· Strong attention to detail with advanced organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work across teams effectively.
· Problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach.
· Self-driven, motivated professional capable of adapting to dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business, contracts, or a related area such as accounting, audit, or operations.
• Familiarity with corporate governance structures and processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
