Location Preference: Canberra-based candidates, though applicants from all Australian states will be considered.

Eligibility: Australian Citizens only and must be willing to undergo security clearance.

Contract Duration: Open to a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendation based on facts and data

Conduct robust financial modelling for short list opportunities

Assist in the preparation of client presentation documents

Manage and update the Lease Outcomes/Savings reports

Analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendation based on facts and data

Prepare Market Assessments and Lease Summaries of key lease terms

Conduct robust financial modelling

Assist in the preparation of client presentation documents

Manage and update the Lease Outcomes/Savings reports

Assist in the reporting of KPI’s

Analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendation based on facts and data

Conduct robust financial modelling

Assist in the preparation of client presentation documents

Monitors and analyses key demographic and economic trends within an assigned geographic market

Reports on key developments and forward-looking insights to Leasing Executive/s and Transaction Manager/s

Assists the team with any adhoc client general reporting requests

Collect market and comparable evidence of leased sites

Manage and update the Critical Date reports within the MIS ensure all transaction are appropriately captured and updated.

Manage and update the Lease Outcomes/Savings reports

Background and Experience

Recent graduates with a degree in Property, Real Estate, or a related field are encouraged to apply

Experience in commercial real estate and leasing desirable

Market knowledge within given geographical area desirable

Demonstrated ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, lasting professional relationships

Qualifications & Technical Skills

Tertiary qualification in real estate, finance or a business-related discipline preferred
