Responsibilities\nCreates and monitors Training Plan for Annual Re-orientation, Annual Recertification, Cross-Training programs.\nUpdates and revises Training modules up to process documents.\nSupport Site Operational requirements related to Training matters.\nCollaborate with superiors, co-team leaders, DSC quality and client's quality personnel for effective alignment, executions and implementations of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction.\nDevelop a culture of service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness along First Choice initiatives.\nMonitors required DHL trainings (OMS, CSCS, MyTW, CSA, etc.)\nMonitors and keeps training records on file up to date.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.\nExperience in training and development, with a track record of designing and implementing effective training programs. \nStrong leadership and communication skills\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities\nAbility to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and make data-driven improvement to training initiatives\nWillingness to work onsite in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite \n
