**About the Job:**
**As a** **Training Supervisor** **, you are responsible for identifying and providing training to team members to deliver an excellent staff experience\. A Training Supervisor will also be required to assist departments in achieving training objectives\. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:**
**\.** **Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ **Provide quality training to ALL Team Members\.**
+ **Ensure New Joiners have received departmental and legal training/ Training of New Hires \(Induction training\) and ensure that all new Team Members are provided with a meaningful and memorable onboarding experience\.**
+ **Train new Team Members, HODs on HGI brand personality and HR Processes, products and systems and regularly promote Hilton’s Learning Culture\.**
+ **Prepare and coordinate Annual Training Plan\. Also update and monitor property training tracker for AIO empowerment courses and L&D calendar in line with QA requirements\.**
+ **Identify training and development needs systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Heads of Departments and HR Manager\.**
+ **Conduct job skills checklist training in conjunction with operations\.**
+ **Ensure adherence to Annual Compliance Trainings\.**
**Qualifications & Attributes:**
**·** **University Degree/Any Relevant Qualification in related field is required\.**
**·** **5 years of working experience in a supervisory role as Learning & Development or in a related field is required\.**
**·** **Occupying a higher position in the hospitality industry is an added advantage\.**
