A Training Supervisor will also be required to assist departments in achieving training objectives\. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:** **\.** **Roles and Responsibilities:** + **Provide quality training to ALL Team Members\.** + **Ensure New Joiners have received departmental and legal training/ Training of New Hires \(Induction training\) and ensure that all new Team Members are provided with a meaningful and memorable onboarding experience\.** + **Train new Team Members, HODs on HGI brand personality and HR Processes, products and systems and regularly promote Hilton’s Learning Culture\.** + **Prepare and coordinate Annual Training Plan\.
