Lumwana Mining Company is seeking to recruit a highly committed individual for the position of Training specialist - process Back-end to join the versatile Human Resource department. We are in search of an individual who can champion Barrick's DNA by:

This includes Flotation, Thickening, Filtration, Concentrate Handling, Tailings Management, and associated plant infrastructure.
Your duties will include but not limited to the following:
Deliver structured classroom, practical, and on-the-job training for Back-End operationsWork closely with Metallurgists, Control Room Operators, and Production Supervisors to identify operational performance challenges in Back-End circuitsSupport improvement initiatives related to recovery, reagent optimisation, filter performance, and tailings stability.Conduct field task observations to ensure correct operational techniques and compliance to critical controlsSupport the Senior Training Specialist in producing continuous improvement training contentAssist in developing and updating training manuals, SOPs, flow diagrams, competency standards, and assessment tools
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
G12 Certificate
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma in Training & Assessment, Training & Development, or equivalent.
3–5 years’ experience in Back-End process plant operations
Experience in a training or coaching role is highly desirable
Strong understanding of metallurgical processes, chemical dosing, and plant performance metrics
Valid Light Vehicle Licence.
