Reporting to Coordinator – Compliance, the Training Specialist - Learning Management System (LMS) Compliance, will administer self-paced learning and optimize the organization’s LMS to ensure training is delivered, tracked, and reported accurately.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
LMS administration & configuration i.e Manage user accounts, courses, enrollments, groups, and some system settings.
Upload, organize, update, and retire learning content (e-learning, documents, quizzes) with strong version control and standards.
Assign mandatory/role-based training, manage due dates and reminders, track completions, renewals, and certifications.
Produce dashboards and audit-ready reports; analyze adoption, completion, and performance trends to drive improvements.
Provide first-line support to learners and managers, resolve access/content issues and escalate to innovation and technology team when needed.
Maintain clean learner data ensuring accurate records and support privacy/security requirements.
Coordinate with Innovation and Technology team upgrades, testing, integrations, and management of change communication; gather feedback enhances the learner experience.
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
Full Grade 12 School Certificate
Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent/ teaching in Mathematics / Social Sciences / Entrepreneurship/ Library or Records Management/ Engineering Drawing / Occupational Health & Safety or Science from a recognized learning institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles.
Experience with any Learning Management System will be an added advantage.
