Reporting to the Coordinator-Compliance, the Training Specialist-Compliance will be responsible for delivering a structured compliance training experience that helps new employees to become productive, compliant, and engaged quickly as well as gathering feedback from new hires and managers, troubleshoot compliance trainings gaps and continuously improving the compliance training process to strengthen retention, performance, and cultural fit. 

Your Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Develop and maintain structured compliance training plans, content, and timelines for different roles/levels.

Manage documentation, system access requests, schedules, and readiness tasks before starting dates.

Facilitate company orientation and coordinate departmental compliance training, including mandatory compliance training.

Ensure role-specific training, job shadowing, and 30/60/90-day plans are in place with managers.

Maintain compliance training checklists, training records, and up-to-date data; provide progress reports and audit-ready evidence where needed.

Act as a point of contact for compliance training queries, resolve gaps quickly, and escalate issues appropriately.

Collect feedback from new hires/managers, monitor time-to-productivity metrics, and improve compliance training materials and processes.

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:

Full Grade 12 School Certificate. Minimum Diploma in Mathematics/Entrepreneurship/ Social Sciences/ Management/ ICT/ Engineering Drawing/ Occupational Health and Safety or Science Education, from a recognized learning institution.Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role.Experience with any Learning Management System will be an added advantage.
