This position is responsible for developing, implementing/delivering and maintaining cGMP training and On-the-Job Training programs at the Sanofi Pasteur Toronto site.  Within these responsibilities, tracking of training is included to meet quality objectives and compliance to Regulatory agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager of Training Management in Quality Systems, you will have the following key responsibilities:

Contributing to develop and implement annual training programs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards

Contributing to identify training needs and developing customized training plans

Supporting the managers in the establishment of the curricula for the different areas

Developing training materials with the support of the relevant subject matter expert to address the training needs and plans

Conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees on specific topics

Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics

Support relevant subject matter expert in updating training materials to reflect changes in regulations, procedures, and best practices

Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training material and processes

Providing support during regulatory inspections and audits by presenting training records, training process and material

Contribute to QMS processes related training activities (e.g., Deviation, CAPA, Change Control) for the site

Maintain current with technical abilities, including industry-manufacturing processes, cGMP requirements and quality, as well as equipment and techniques used to aid and deliver training

Work within the policies, procedures and regulations as required by the company and under the Health and Safety Act in all accountabilities.

About You

Minimum bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of previous in adult training including design, development and facilitation.

Self-starter able to manage competing priorities and projects from different business unit stakeholders

Proficiency to manage multiple and competing priorities with strong project management skills.

Self-starter with the ability to respond quickly and effectively within a changing environment

Detail oriented with strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technically proficient with software system applications (Learning Management System) Certifications

Certified Training & Development Designation (CTP, CTDP) an asset.

The salary range for this position is:

$69,200.00 - $100,000.00

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
