Job Title: Training Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing training materials, providing support for SharePoint, and assisting with the learning management system. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of training methodologies and systems.
Responsibilities
Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources to support various training initiatives within the organization.SharePoint Support: Provide assistance in utilizing SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.Learning Management System Support: Assist in the administration of the learning management system, including content management and course creation.Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaborationFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS)Proven experience in developing training materialsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related fieldExperience in project managementWeb design experience is a plusKnowledge of PokaWork Environment
This position is based onsite at the headquarters from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. The role is a full-time position with hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The position is temporary and ends in April with no extension.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.87 - $34.87/hr.
