We are seeking a talented Training Specialist to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh McLennan (MMC), who will support and enhance our learning initiatives.

This role will be based in Cluj, Romania.

We will count on you to:

Support the entire training processBuild out new hire Degreed pathwaySupport development of eLearning modules through tech systems (Articulate, Captivate)Build out and maintain the MMBM Colleague connect website, collaborating with Knowledge ManagementMaintain and update the MMBM Teams site (content and access)Oversee MMBM New Hire Experience SenseiAssist in preparing and updating training materials, including presentations and video trainingsTake over the Monthly Manager RoundupProject manages the development of quarterly newsletterSupport tracking of feedback on global training initiatives (new hire, Sensei, Training Tuesday, etc.)Support creation of LenMMBM

What you need to have: 

Background in training and development (minimum of 3 years)GBM client experienceProject management skillsStrong communication skillsStrong English skills – especially written
