About Your Role: Training Specialist - Programs
This role works with the Training and Simulation department located in Rydalmere. The role is part of the Training Services activity and will be based at the Rydalmere site, working across several domains for training development and delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct performance needs analysis activities and analyse individual and organisational training requirements.Design and develop training solutionsDeliver training and assessment events directly to the customer.Mentor and monitor the performance of learners undertaking training.Develop and conduct training evaluation and validation activities.Provide an equitable and accessible training and assessment environment for all training customers and participants.How About You?
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, or ability to obtain through recognised prior learning and/or gap training.Experience in training development and deliveryExperience with the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) and its implementation.Knowledge in administering on Learning Management Systems (LMS).Skilled in delivering training and assessment in a classroom, simulated, or virtual environment.Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods.Benefits & Culture
