Description We are looking for a skilled Training Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement engaging training programs tailored to organizational needs, leveraging cutting-edge e-learning tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to team development and enhance workforce capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions using platforms like Cisco Webex Meetings to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Create high-quality courseware and e-learning modules that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and design tailored learning solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of training materials, schedules, and participant feedback.
• Support system implementation projects by providing relevant training and resources.
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure training aligns with HR policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing participant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline for creating interactive training content.
• Experience using Cisco Webex Meetings or similar platforms for virtual training delivery.
• Strong knowledge of courseware development and e-learning module creation.
• Excellent communication skills to engage participants and convey complex concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and HR policies related to training.
• Ability to document processes and maintain organized records of training initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in HRIS systems and system implementation training.
