Training Specialist, Professional I

What does a successful Training Specialist, Professional I do?
As a Training Specialist at Fiserv, you will manage training plans and relationships for new implementations and migrating clients. You will be a critical part of the thought leadership team, creating, supporting, and maintaining the client experience culture, focusing on quality, increasing LTR scores, and driving revenue growth. Your contributions play a crucial role in the seamless deployment of our solutions and enhancing client satisfaction.

What you will do:

Develop and manage comprehensive learning paths to meet the needs of clients.Lead and create Learning Paths and Certification for clients in all core applications.Assist, plan, and coordinate training activities and staff development under the supervision of the LCP Training Manager.Work cohesively with other business units to ensure a standard conversion training process.Participate actively in project meetings for all assigned topics.Proactively develop knowledge of all enhancements and new products related to conversion planning.Collaborate with the Registrars team on Learning Paths in the LMS system.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in communication, education, business, or finance and/or equivalent military experience.4+ years of experience in Bank Solutions product experience.4+ years of experience in the financial industry.4+ years of experience in Cognitive facilitation.4+ years of experience in presenting or Adult Education.

What would be great to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning/Education.Experience with SDLC project management.Client Experience Certification.4+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), WebEx.

Salary Range

$55,000.00 - $92,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
