Job Description
The Rockwell Automation University (RAU) School of Technology is a team that serves all of Rockwell Automation by building the competency level of hands-on technical resources.
The Training Service Analyst supports the RAU Customer Training business in several key areas. This role maintains a close connection between the customer training operations team, third-party partners, and customers. In this role, you will have a direct financial impact through the sale of workstations and training material and an indirect impact through the support of process and operational functions.
You will report to the Technical Training MGMT.
Your Responsibilities:SAP training operational support, including, but not limited to: Check and maintain training related orders in SAP, Create CTIA orders in SAP, Manage distributor and partner agreements in SAP, Process purchase recs to vendor POsManage workstation support, including, but not limited to quoting, ordering, scheduling, ensuring compliance with regulatory statutes, and part number creationHelp with the creation and sale of custom workstation ordersCoordinate workstation loans with our global training partnersUpload and manage training schedulesProcess requests for Learning+ ordersResponsible for the product lifecycle management and communicationReview and identify areas of improvementManage and update process and procedure documentationManage and coordinate post-development process for training course materialsAssist the Global Training Product Manager with maintaining training web pagesManage the Training Services global inboxMaintain a working knowledge of other team functions to provide supportThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and educationTwo years of demonstrated experience using SAPThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:Experience with SAPAbility to use the following applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft TeamsKnowledge of the Rockwell Automation organization and productsA desire and ability to new learn new products/technologies outside current areas of expertiseExperience with Power BI and dashboardsYellowbelt or Greenbelt certificationWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
