What are my responsibilities?

Support and guide the implementation of the Operation & Maintenance Training Scope related to the Egypt High-speed Railway Project (e-HSR). Localize the Learning Management System (OneLMS) for e-HSR with the support of Rail Academy and GLW. Administrate and troubleshoot OneLMS on SME & CJV levels; ensure proper content/outlines uploading, trainee registration in liaison with the Employer (for Lots that are not active users of OneLMS), room booking, scheduling, etc. Interface and joint coordination with the relevant Lots on the project level for the technical and scheduling requirements needed for the conduction of the training. Arrange the logistics such as booking facilities, setting up training rooms, ensuring site readiness, tools and equipment, arranging trainer transportation, arranging catering if needed, etc. Manage the preparation, printing, distribution, and consummation of training materials, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and all training-related forms and documents. Support in courtesy translation of training documents to Arabic in close collaboration with different Lots to ensure uniform quality. Liaise with all partners, government entities, and the Training Providers. Liaise with key Business Units within Siemens Mobility. Liaise with different calibers of learners (i.e., blue-collar and white-collar workers). Monitor, evaluate, and spot-check training courses, taking all contractually defined measures for the follow-up of the training (e.g., participant lists, examinations, feedback sheets). Maintain training records, documentation, trainees’ data, and carry out progress reporting on a regular basis. 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Faculty. Hands-on experience in managing large-scale training volumes in the technical and vocational domain. Acquaintance with the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) landscape in Egypt. Project Management Certificate. Diploma in Education is preferred. Ability to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate complex training programs. Expert in MS Office Applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Fluency in both written and spoken English – German is a plus. Frequent travel within Egypt.
