The position

As a Training Partner, you will act as a direct support to the department with the aim to improve and sustain an effective training setup. As a Training Partner, you play a central role in in ensuring the most efficient and compliant training and competence development within the area.

Your main tasks will be:

Process Confirm, maintain and improve the department’s Training for Competence (TfC) system Be a sparring partner and support to the department management in relation to training solutions to business issues Design, develop, implement and evaluate training content Deliver training in Training Standards Support Continuous Improvement and Systematic Problem Solving

 

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

Experience with, or willing to learn, tasks related to training and learning activities Proficient in Microsoft Office-package and generally IT-savvy Skills in video production and animation is considered an advantage Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken

About the department

Insulin Manufacturing I (M1) is one of three production components in Novo Nordisk’s PS Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) in Kalundborg, which supplies insulin and GLP-1 to the global market. You will become part of our Business Support department which consists of around 65 dedicated colleagues. Our team is focused on high engagement, performance, and personal development.
