The Sanofi Genzyme Training Manager-Launch Excellence and Innovation-DUPIXENT, reports to the Sanofi Genzyme Director of Commercial Training-DUPIXENT. This position is based in Cambridge, MA.
The Training Manager will be responsible for supporting the learning needs of the Dermatology and Respiratory Commercial sales forces for DUPIXENT. This growth product requires the development of various training resources which will be utilized in launch trainings. In addition, the training manager will be responsible for seamlessly incorporating all new developed content into the New Hire Journey in collaboration with the lead trainers for Dermatology and Respiratory.

Main responsibilities:
Development all Launch training materials for future indications of DUPIXENT in order to prepare the field with clinical expertise in advance of launch.
Responsible for developing a strategy for how to prepare the sales organization for future Market Entrants across Sanofi Genzyme.
Act as Launch Consultant for other brands at Sanofi Genzyme to ensure launching is consistent across the organization
Accountability for building training content for future competitors across the Dermatology and Respiratory spaces to ensure field preparation.
Ensure all training content is updated in our Learning Apps (AD Academy, Respiratory U)
Responsible for the development of launch timelines/plans in collaboration with the DUPIXENT Marketing teams and alliance partner, Regeneron
Go To Market (GTM) Workstream leader for the training team
Coordinating all launch training field calls in collaboration with the Training Specialist for DUPIXENT
Building of all training workshops for launch meetings in collaboration with Curtis Learning, Marketing and RGN teammates
Incorporation of all launch material into the New Hire Journey program in collaboration with the Associate Directors of training for Dermatology and Respiratory
Accountable to address any training needs from launch to 6 months post launch. Participate in all Hyper-care calls with leadership team, conduct field rides, attend RBD feedback calls, etc.
Develop innovative approaches for training to ensure field engagement and strong understanding of science. (Technology, Gaming, Trivia, etc).
Attend Industry conferences on behalf of the training organization @ Sanofi Genzyme and bring back best practices and hot topics to upgrade our training curricula.
Industry leading collaboration with Training teammates, Dermatology and Respiratory marketers, Go to Market teammates, RGN alliance counterparts, Curtis Learning, Wilson Dow
Assist the Associate Directors and/or Director of Commercial Training with regular New Hire Training or Expansion training for the DUPIXENT Sales Force
Develop an Advanced Learning strategy, so that our existing sales force can continue to grow and develop their clinical expertise which enables high impact interactions and strong customer experiences.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience
BA/BS Degree required preferably in life science or business
Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/ priorities including budgeting and actual spend against budget.
Vendor management experience
Up to 20%-30% national travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Training experience strongly preferred
Launch Experience-Preferably in Dermatology/Respiratory Spaces
Curricula design/Instructional Design Experience
MBA is a Plus
Project Management Experience is a Plus
Experience in Specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics
Sales Experience is a Plus
Excellent verbal & written communication skills essential to success in this position
Strong collaboration, organizational and operations skills
Alliance management experience

The salary range for this position is:
$108,750.00 - $157,083.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
