Every team member is expected to uphold these standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment.The Autonomous Vehicle Training Manager (AVTM) oversees a team of Training Supervisors, Training Leads, and Training Specialists, ensuring the successful implementation of training programs and processes. • Competitive compensation package of minimum $89,440– maximum $99,840

Benefits vary by location.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all activities for new hire and skill enhancement training programs in assigned marketsLead, coach, and mentor Training Supervisors and Leads to support professional growth and operational excellenceParticipate in the hiring and onboarding process for training leadership rolesAssess training needs and collaborate with peers, operations partners, and clients to establish effective training plansProvide guidance to Training Supervisors, escalating issues as appropriateOversee the development and maintenance of class/cohort rosters, training reports, and metricsCoordinate facilities, vehicles, and materials needed to conduct training activitiesDevelop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the training team and ensure complianceRequired Education and Experience:Minimum 3 years of leadership experienceMinimum 3 years of training experienceBachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Proficiency with laptops and mobile devices, including GSuite applications (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs)Previous experience in public safety, emergency response, or traffic management is highly preferredRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and communicate decisions clearlyCapable of responding effectively to multiple situations and shifting business needsSkilled in multitasking with multiple technologies and communication platformsFlexible availability to support business operations, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight shiftsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong self-motivation, judgment, and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsProven leadership and collaboration skillsAbility to travel up to 30% of the timePhysical Requirements:Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle or feel; talk and hear; and climb stairs and/or laddersMust be able to use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus as needed.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
