**DESCRIPTION**
As a **Training Manager** , you will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful training programs that empower both new hires and seasoned sales professionals to excel. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping learning experiences that drive performance, align with business goals, and foster continuous development across the organization.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Partner with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and align training strategies accordingly.
+ Conduct market visits and internal assessments to identify skill gaps and onboarding needs.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build structured learning paths and development plans.
+ Design, update, and implement engaging training programs using a mix of experiential, challenge-based, and action learning techniques.
+ Create dynamic content for both in-person and e-learning environments to support diverse learning styles.
+ Manage multiple complex training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and optimal use of resources and budget.
+ Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, measuring performance against business objectives and reporting on ROI.
+ Deliver in-person training at events and meetings throughout the year to ensure consistent messaging across all markets.
+ Develop and maintain mentorship and development programs to support long-term growth.
+ Assess and enhance existing training content, tools, delivery methods, and systems.
+ Provide coverage for open markets due to turnover, leave of absence, or extended PTO.
+ Lead special projects as assigned to support strategic initiatives.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree required in **Business** , **Education** , **Human Resources** , or a related field.
**Experience**
+ **5–7 years** of proven success in a training, learning & development, or operational role.
+ **3+ years** of experience in a **managerial or supervisory capacity** is a strong plus.
+ Demonstrated experience in **facilitating one-on-one and group training sessions** , both in-person and virtually.
**Skills & Abilities**
+ Exceptional **written and verbal communication skills** , including public speaking and presentation delivery.
+ Strong **analytical and critical thinking** abilities to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Ability to **quickly adapt** to changing needs and solve problems proactively.
+ Excellent **time management** and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ High proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and **SAP** .
+ Experience with **Google Workspace tools** , including **Google Slides** and **Google Sheets** .
+ Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
**Additional Requirements**
+ Willingness and ability to **travel** as needed to support training events and market visits.
+ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
