ResponsibilitiesWho are you?
The Training Manager, Operations Enablement is a strategic partner in developing and delivering impactful learning experiences for our Client Solutions and Client Success teams, especially focused on the Client Delivery and Value Added Reseller (VAR) teams. This role is responsible for building product knowledge, process expertise, and developing core competencies that enable team members to perform at their best. You will lead onboarding training, ongoing training, and professional skill development initiatives that align with business goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Product & Solution Enablement: Deliver engaging, accurate, thorough and up-to-date training that builds deep understanding of Personify Health’s products, features, and value propositions.Process Training & Optimization: Translate complex workflows into accessible training content that supports operational excellence and efficiency.Competency-Based Development: Design and implement training aligned with role-specific competencies, including communication, project management, problem-solving, adaptability, and results orientation.New Hire Onboarding: Partner with the Onboarding Training Manager to lead and evolve the onboarding experience for Client Solutions and Client Success, ensuring new hires are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. Develop and maintain role-specific knowledge for the Client Delivery team to complement universal and departmental onboarding learning.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts, Product, Technical Documentation, Process Managers, Commercial Enablement, Product/Client Marketing and People teams to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.Training Design & Delivery: Create and facilitate multi-modal learning experiences (e.g., live sessions, e-learning, job aids) tailored to diverse learning styles and team needs.Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance data, and KPIs; iterate and improve programs accordingly.Knowledge Transfer: Ensure effective sharing of knowledge across teams using centralized resources, clear documentation, and scalable training methods.Change Enablement: Support teams through change by providing training and communication that promotes understanding, adoption, and sustained success.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
QualificationsWhat you bring to the Personify Health Team:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.Certification in instructional design, coaching, or project or process management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a bonus.3+ years of experience in training, enablement, or learning & development, preferably in SaaS or client-facing environments.Experience designing and delivering training programs using a variety of formats and tools.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual collaboration tools, and LMS/Enablement platforms; Seismic is preferred.Familiarity with the health, wellness, or healthcare industry is a plus.
