CGI is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven Training Lead responsible for the design, development, coordination, and delivery of comprehensive training programs to support successful implementation and adoption of a new Salesforce regulatory system. This role ensures all end users and stakeholders are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize the system and adhere to business processes. The Training Lead will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, system developers, and business stakeholders to ensure training efforts align with project goals and user needs.
This position is located in our Austin, Texas office with work performed at client site in Northeast Austin, Texas; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute the Training Plan as part of the overall Project Management Plan.
• Design and develop training materials including user manuals, quick reference guides, and instructor-led content.
• Plans course design and support documentation.
• Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
• Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training. Requires understanding of current product use and application.
• Coordinates the staffing and scheduling of training.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions for various user groups (e.g., internal staff, external partners).
• Deliver training sessions both virtually and in-person as required.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions to enable internal staff to support ongoing knowledge transfer.
• Collect feedback on training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and delivery.
• Track and report training attendance and completion metrics to project leadership.
• Ensure training supports change management and user adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with testing and implementation teams to ensure training is aligned with current system functionality.
• Manages the work of 1-2 Trainers
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and delivering training for enterprise software implementations.
• Demonstrated experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Prior Salesforce Experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train both technical and non-technical users.
• Proficiency with training tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience working with public sector clients or on government projects is preferred.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700 - $150,800
