**Summary** **Chenega Integrated Security Solutions** is seeking a **Training Instructor** to lead and oversee the Training Program for a high-profile security services contract in the Washington, D.C. area. This role is critical to ensuring personnel are fully prepared to meet mission requirements through effective and compliant training delivery. **Note:** This position is contingent upon contract award. **Responsibilities** What You'll Get To Do: + Be accountable for the timeliness, accuracy, and proficiency of contract-related recordkeeping responsibilities for the Training Program. + Responsible for instructing the NWDTP for Protective Security Officers conducting X-Ray and non-X-Ray screening operations. + Ensures recurring and specialized training for all required contract personnel are completed within time allotted. + Responsible for supervision of assigned personnel. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years of training experience in Law Enforcement, Military, or Security Services. + Certified by FPS in the National Weapons Detection Instructor Training Program. + Certified in First Aid, CPR and AED. _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment. + Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook. **Estimated Salary/Wage** Up to USD $100,000.00/Yr.
