**Job Description**
Manage a diverse discipline team, facilities and Overhead budget for the cost center. Designs, schedules, delivers and tracks technical training. Establishes training and education modules and ensures consistency in the delivery of technical training and on-boarding. Provides train-the-trainer program and qualifies all area trainers for content delivery. Partners with the functional area, develops training materials, and knowledge assessments, for area standard operation procedures (SOP) and coordinates knowledge assessment. Primary for proposal support to the programs to include BOE s and volume writing as required.
Develops technical training curriculum (web-based and instructor-led), instructional materials, to include training aids, and training requirements & plans. Assesses customer needs for future course development. Analyze and research a client's learning situation, expectations, resources, learning needs, learning gaps, tasks, available software, technology, and infrastructure to meet client needs. Design curricula according to instructional principals, client objectives, and program objectives.
Conducts technical analysis of training product implementations, modifications and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications. recommends actions to company or customer representatives. Assesses Training needs in accordance with customer specifications.
Responsible for Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) of the personnel assigned. Develops job safety, procedural, and technical training programs for field service personnel. Ensures training and skill requirements are met.
Prepares and delivers reports and presentations to various customers and management on the status of on-going training projects and internal/external issues potentially preventing successful execution of various projects.
Resolves training service issues that potentially impact efforts (scheduling and cost conflicts, contractual requirements, etc.) with the customer and internal Program, Contracts or Finance organizations.
Maintains familiarity with industry practices, trends and applications to enhance the organization's capabilities. Advises management on new developments and evolving organizational needs and required competencies.
Shares responsibility of self-development with immediate supervisor.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
High School Diploma or equivalent plus 12 years relevant experience; or relevant associate degree plus 10 years relevant experience; or relevant bachelor s degree plus 8 years relevant experience.
Experience in some combination of engineering, manufacturing, training, and field service position to understand product lines, combat systems, systems design, manufacturing, and field service business complexities.
10 year s military maintenance managementor operationalexperience with Ground Maneuver Platforms.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
A bachelor s degree in business, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
10 year s military maintenanceor operationalmanagement experience with either the US Army and Marine Corps combat vehicle product lines.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $122400 - $208080

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
