Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the training process, implementing technical training and ensures the necessary skills for the employees.

The work model for the role is: #L-onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts and operations teams, all collaborating to develop and implement effective technical training programs.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Develop Promotion Systems as: Evaluations creation (theoretical and practical) and Evaluations application (practical).Follow-up for Competency Certification process such Creation and update of Competency Certification sheets, Application of Competency Certification sheets, Technical support in certification processes and Competency Matrix management.Lead Onboarding – Technical: Design of onboarding process, from hire to certification, meeting knowledge requirements. Partners with Trainers to ensure a proper execution of Onboarding and knowledge transfer process.Training Design - (Technical): Design of training materials, Facilitates technical workshops and Technical training-the-trainers.Be a HR Solutions: Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Acts as partner, coach and facilitator to front line leaders, counsel on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and provide HR support for the hourly population in the Monterrey site while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders.

Qualifications for the roleBachelor's Degree from an accredited university.At least experience in internship or minimum 1 year with experience in training process.Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)Knowledge in the operative process and manufacturing processStrong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skillsEnthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environmentApproachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levelsPassion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine deliverables and looking for innovative solutions and process improvement
