Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Training Development Team Lead supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Program to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our critical Hardware and Software Asset Management (HSAM) solutions.
This role is pivotal in ensuring all relevant stakeholders – including IT, Finance, Procurement, and end-users – are proficient in utilizing our HSAM systems and adhering to best practices, compliance, and lifecycle management principles.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of learning methodologies, a proven track record of simplifying complex technical concepts, and an unwavering passion for empowering users through engaging and effective training.
This position is hybrid, with on site working in Chantilly, VA 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Join a high-performing, matrix-oriented Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee usage, drive faster adoption, and promote higher utilization of the hardware and software asset management capabilities. This position leads the vital training development and delivery piece of OCM operations – focused on HSAM solutions, with additional ancillary responsibilities covering other various project areas and service lines
Needs Assessment & Analysis:
Conduct thorough training needs assessments by collaborating with IT Asset Management teams, project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and various user groups to identify knowledge gaps and define clear learning objectives for HSAM solutions, specifically within the ServiceNow platform Understand the diverse roles and responsibilities of different user personas (e.g., IT Technicians, Procurement Specialists, Finance Analysts) to tailor training content appropriately
Curriculum & Content Design:
Establish the vision and lead the design and development of comprehensive, engaging, and role-specific training curricula for new and existing Hardware and Software Asset Management systems (e.g., ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera etc.) with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM modules) Lead the creation of a variety of learning materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, job aids, interactive e-learning modules, video tutorials, presentations, and workshop exercises tailored for ServiceNow usersEnsure all training content is accurate, up to date, aligned with business processes, and adheres to compliance requirements (e.g., licensing, security)Training Delivery & Facilitation:
Lead and facilitate highly effective and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for diverse audiences with varying technical proficiencies on ServiceNow ITAM features and workflowsEmploy a range of adult learning techniques to ensure maximum engagement, knowledge retention, and skill applicationProvide clear, concise, and patient instruction, breaking down complex HSAM concepts into easily digestible components as they relate to ServiceNow functionalityAct as a primary point of contact for training-related questions and provide ongoing support to usersEvaluation & Improvement:
Develop and implement methods for evaluating training effectiveness, measuring knowledge transfer, and assessing skill application (e.g., post-training assessments, feedback surveys, performance metrics)Analyze training outcomes and feedback to continuously improve training programs, materials, and delivery methodsStay abreast of industry with the best practices in IT Asset Management and adult learning, incorporating new approaches as appropriateStakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with IT Asset Management leadership, project teams, system administrators, and business unit leaders to ensure training initiatives support strategic goals and system rollouts especially for ServiceNow deployments and enhancements Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, translating technical information into accessible language for non-technical audiencesChampion the adoption and effective use of HSAM solutions across the organizationDocumentation & Knowledge Management:
Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge base for HSAM training materials and resources including ServiceNow-specific documentationDevelop and manage a "train-the-trainer" program where applicable, to scale training effortsQualifications:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
