Training & Development Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Training & Development Specialist to deliver and enhance training programs for John Deere employees, requiring expertise in virtual and in-person facilitation.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience facilitating team conversations. Proficiency with virtual training software like Teams or Zoom. Experience using AI and automation tools for content development and process improvement. Background in planning and coordinating training schedules.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in DDI, Arbinger, Everything DiSC, CliftonStrengths. Instructional design experience. Professional mentoring experience. ICF Coaching Certification.

Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive workshops, adapting material as needed. Collaborate to enhance programs using feedback and best practices. Manage training materials, tools, and attendance records. Liaise with departments to assess needs and recommend solutions. Plan venues, schedules, delivery methods, and travel arrangements.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
