Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and identify new training needsAssess team performance and recommend solutions to address gaps and enhance resultsOversee the rollout of training and leadership development programs, ensuring successful adoptionDefine objectives for all training initiatives and measure their effectivenessProvide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessionsCoordinate resources, schedules and logistics for seamless training deliveryManage external resources to optimize quality and cost efficiencyStay current with learning strategies and facilitate training sessions as needed

The base pay for this position generally is between $78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
