The base pay for this position generally is between $70,900.00 and $127,700.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and determine additional training needsEvaluate employee performance and recommend training solutions to enhance effectivenessImplement training and leadership development programs with managers across the organizationDefine objectives for all training initiatives and assess participant progress to provide coachingMeasure and analyze training outcomes to ensure goals are achievedCoordinate with peer training managers for shared responsibilities and resource managementManage logistics, schedules and external resources to optimize training deliveryFacilitate training sessions as needed and stay current with industry trends and techniquesWorking Conditions
