Responsibilities
Specific Functional Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs and all training materials.Will be the primary resource for all training programs for every hourly position and responsible for updating all team members qualifications once training program is fully implemented.Assess training effectiveness to ensure the programs are meeting the needs of the employees and organization, while making necessary adjustments as needed.Maintain training records within PTVE Learning Management System, including attendance, performance and completion of certification programs.Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards as applicable.Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the training programs align with specific business needs.Continuous improvement of training programs, specifically by staying up to date with industry best practices and seeking feedback from employees and leadership.Coordinate and align appropriate trainers to trainees.Support coordination of new hire orientation and facilitate as required.Prepare trainee packet for distribution, inclusive of training plan.Monitor training performance to schedule and maintain, inclusive of skills development program.Assist with timely completion of reviews/ assessments.Maintain training schedule.Conduct Train the trainer sessions and maintain trainer qualification program.Review and update SOP’s and training documents as needed.Other duties as assigned.
