LOCATION:
This is an on-site position based in Twin Falls, Idaho at the Mondelez Clif Bar Bakery.

Responsibilities and Outcomes
Execute Education and Training (E&T) pillar work processes: understand business needs by partnering with frontline leaders to support in needs evaluations and to understand skill and knowledge gaps.
Support all Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) pillars: embed continuous improvement into our daily culture, ensure standards are maintained, and drive zero-loss manufacturing.
Support employee development programs by partnering with key stakeholders to understand needs, scheduling training, creating training materials, and maintain training records.
Monitor training effectiveness: provide feedback on issues and opportunities and recommend / conduct improvements.
Measure pillar effectiveness and generate summative evaluation reports defining the impact of training on employee skills and key performance indicators (KPIs) of E&T delivery.
Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed; ability to conduct risk assessments (RA) and root cause analyses (RCA) is a plus.
Work with line and support teams to support centerline implementation and create standardization of work best practice documentation.
Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME) regarding assets, equipment, and machine operation training, troubleshooting, and standard work.
Support and participate in Kaizen events and workshops, GEMBA walks, and execute Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) foundational framework.
Support centerline implementation and create standardization of work.
Assist in onboarding new hires; provide a positive and supportive onboarding experience.
Attend production and DMS meetings as required; identify areas of training support and ways to win the day.
Deliver powered industrial vehicle (PIV) operator training and certification courses focusing on safety regulations and compliance, and best practices.
Flexibility of work shift (day, night, swing), as prescribed by business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.
Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:The hourly wage for this position is $28.76/hr. In addition, this position offers an annual incentive program of a target of 5% of your salary.
