Training Coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing onsite and virtual training programs and related events.
Job Requirements
HS Diploma or equivalent
Administrative coordination experience
Experience coordinating training programs or learning events
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
Experience coordinating both onsite and virtual trainings
Experience with onboarding logistics (emails, scheduling, mentor assignments)
Experience managing course rosters, invitations, and access/security setups
Experience handling ordering/shipping of materials or demo products
Experience compiling or coordinating newsletters and feedback surveys
Job Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual training sessions
Organize training-related events such as team dinners and guest speaker sessions
Manage training logistics including venues, equipment, and materials
Act as liaison for trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders
Maintain training schedules, attendance logs, and compliance records
Support creation, formatting, and distribution of training materials
Assist with onboarding activities including welcome emails, field rides, and mentor assignments
Manage course invitations, rosters, and security access requirements
Oversee ordering and shipment of demo products and training materials
Coordinate quarterly newsletters and participant feedback surveys
Provide on-site support during trainings to ensure smooth operations
Pay: 20-25

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
