In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of training and onboarding related to internal job transfers and new hires, including managing the Learning Path process. Operating within a matrixed reporting structure, the role receives functional guidance from the Sr. HR Manager and Sr. Manager Talent, L&D – Ops to ensure alignment with broader learning strategies. The Coordinator ensures consistent delivery, tracking, and completion of training programs to support a large, 3-shift service center with high-volume job bidding and employee movement.

 

This person is responsible for managing and delivering onboarding and training for new hires and internal transfers, maintaining accurate records, coordinating mentorships, analyzing training data, and supporting compliance and administrative logistics—all within a fast-paced, multi-shift environment and a matrixed reporting structure.

 

This role operates within a matrixed environment. While the Training Coordinator reports directly to the Sr. HR Manager – Hearne, they also receive functional guidance and support from the Sr. Manager – Talent, Learning & Development – Operations. This dotted-line relationship provides subject-matter expertise, project oversight, and alignment with enterprise-wide learning and development goals. Collaboration between both managers ensures consistent performance feedback and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities Training Coordination & Delivery:Develop and maintain a training calendar specific to transfers and new hires consistent with employee Learning Paths.Coordinate onboarding and mentorship schedules.Ensure timely delivery of training materials and sessions.Track training completion and follow-up with employees and mentors.Administrative Support:Maintain accurate training records inHRIS and personnel files.Monitor job bid activity and identify training needs.Communicate training schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders.Manage logistics for training sessions, including space, materials, and catering.Update employee training in PeopleSoft, maintain training costs and other relevant data, track completion and process communication to recipients.Assist with required Compliance TrainingMentorship & Onboarding Oversight:Partner with local leaders to identify available and qualified mentors.Monitor mentorship effectiveness and employee progress.Address gaps in onboarding due to frequent job changes.Reporting & Analysis:Compile and analyze training data to identify trends and gaps.Provide regular reports to HR, L&D, and operations leadership.Recommend improvements to training processes based on data.Other Duties Assigned from Sr. HR Manager

 

Interaction:

Collaborates with Sr. Manager – Talent, L&D – Ops to align training content and delivery with enterprise standards.Partners with HR and operations to ensure training meets local and functional needs. Coordinates with external training vendors as needed. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or Human Resources.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Posting Duration This posting will remain open until the role is filled.   As of the post date, the salary range for this position is: Min USD $54,700.00/Yr. Max USD $69,000.00/Yr.   This role may be eligible to participate in the Company’s short-term incentive plan, the details of which will be provided to the applicant upon hire.   This range is a reasonable estimate and takes into account several factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, skill set, experience, education, training, internal equity, and other business needs.
