Develop training programs for new operators and operators pursuing re-training and cross-training opportunities. Coordinate and coach other trainers in their record keeping and training functions. Conduct quality audits of processes and operators to ensure compliance with customer requirements and provide formal feedback to supervisors and operators on performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an operator. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to multi-task. Ability to properly prioritize workload and be highly organized. Ability to use various computer systems and software to include Excel, Word, Access, Microsoft Outlook Email, Internet and others as required. Ability to work independently and as a team member, and to give and receive instructions and training. Ability and desire to continue education and take classes to improve job skills as needed. May be required to complete Hazardous Waste Management Training Successfully complete the Auditor Training Course
