Description

The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Training Coordinator to join the UCLA Prevention Center of Excellence (COE). The COE provides workforce development, training, coaching, and consultation for providers in Los Angeles County, with a focus on supporting adults, children, and families at high-risk for mental health challenges due to adversity, trauma, and loss. 

You will provide a variety of training coordination and administrative support, including:

Work closely with COE team members, including Senior Training Managers and the Training Operations Manager to coordinate COE trainings Develop and implement project communications, including scheduling of trainings and events Prepare materials for live and virtual trainings Coordinate training facilities, catering, audio-visual, and other training needs Create and maintain systems to easily and effectively track training information and data Assist with data analysis and preparation of project reports Provide customer service support to individuals and organizations that receive training live or virtually Process reimbursements for project-related travel and training expenses

Salary range: $30.36/hr – $43.49/hr
