As a Training Coordinator, you play a key role in the development of talent within our hotel.

You are responsible for training programs, ensuring that each team member has the essential skills to provide quality service in line with the brand’s standards. You work closely with department heads to create a supportive environment for learning and professional development.

What will I be doing ?

\n\nIdentify training needs and develop tailored solutions to improve service excellence and leadership skills within the teams.\nFacilitate training sessions using interactive and engaging learning methods.\nTrack and analyze data from customer satisfaction measurement tools.\nShare training results, highlighting the successes achieved.\nImplement career development programs and strengthen team members' skills.\nGuide trainees and apprentices in their learning goals.\nCoach and support new team members in their integration, professional development, and adaptation to the company culture.\nEnsure all team members complete mandatory e-learnings.\nWork closely with department heads to ensure consistent and ongoing support in developing team members' skills.\nDevelop and update the annual training plan according to the company’s objectives and the teams' needs.\nAssist the HR team with their tasks.\nPropose continuous improvements and adjustments in training and HR processes.\n

What are we looking for ?

\n\nA strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nProven ability to develop interpersonal relationships.\nPositive attitude.\nAbility to work independently or in a team.\nIntermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).\nMinimum B2 level in French and English required.\nDesired experience in the hospitality industry.\n\n
