Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Training Coordinator to join our team at The Squire at Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort in Tusayan, Arizona. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all team members at The Squire at Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort, complete their required job-related training. You will be part of an important journey by encouraging and motivating team members to continuously develop their skills.

What will you do?Create and implement training programs for Delaware North team members and schedule training sessions, assessing the effectiveness of training by evaluating associate performanceMaintain all training records, including creating and storing attendance sheetsPrepare and distribute training material for the relevant sessionsCreate training activity reports and share them with managersAssits with the creation of activities focused on employee wellbeing and recognition.

More about youPrevious experience as a training coordinator or equivalent roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Word and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentNo high school diploma or GED required
