Training Content Creator (English, Spanish)

Only applications of candidates with Mexican citizenship will be evaluated for this role in compliance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Federal Labor Law. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions for multiple formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, video based training). + Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation. + Experience with instructional design principles and processes. + Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders. **Preferred qualifications:** + Ability to build relationships and to collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curriculam. + Ability to transfer knowledge and skill development, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences. + Excellent communication skills. In this role, you will manage the entire sales training pipeline, from content creation and Licensed Media Service (LMS) administration to strategic communications and the critical tracking of completion rates (a key KPI). You will address a growing volume of requests from Go-to-Market (GTM) and Finance teams, necessitating the development of new, specialized training programs to meet their distinct needs. Your involvement will be increased in Online Marketing Challenge (OMC) activities and the development of communications supporting critical FOO and CTIF initiatives, requiring a wider range of skills and greater time commitment. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Cloud Compliance and other relevant departments to gather and understand training requirements and content. + Design engaging and instructionally sound storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives for new e-learning modules. + Develop e-learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Evolve, Vyond, Camtasia, Gemini Pro), incorporating multimedia elements like graphics, audio, video, and interactive activities. + Update and revise existing training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current cloud policies and regulations. + Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.
