As a Client Training Associate within Client Onboarding and Service, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the J.P. Morgan Access Treasury online platform. You will develop and deliver customized learning plans for clients, ensuring all technology, entitlement, and system requirements are met for a premier training experience. You will also mentor new hires and contribute to special projects and initiatives, supporting both client and team success.
Job responsibilities:
Facilitate one-on-one and group client training sessions on the Treasury online platform, virtually via Zoom or in-person.Ensure client questions are addressed and build client confidence in platform usage.Complete all online documentation in accordance with guidelines and established SLAs.Update systems of record to ensure clarity for future client support.Assess and resolve issues, escalating concerns to Product as needed and following up on unresolved inquiries in a timely manner.Participate in project teams and process improvement initiatives.Train and mentor new hires, certifying them to deliver training on J.P. Morgan Access Treasury products.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
At least three years of training delivery experience or demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and logically.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with a customer-focused approach.Solid business, cash management, product, and process knowledge.Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proven experience mentoring others.Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience presenting in virtual environments (Zoom, WebEx) or in-person.Familiarity with banking products and services.Bilingual in English, Spanish, or another language.
