**Description** **Training Specialist REQ to Replace Joseph Segreti** The Maritime System Division (MSD) of LEIDOS has an opening for a self-motivated team player that has demonstrated experience as an ISR USN platform system operator instructor to join our talented team. This role demands an exceptional command of technical, tactical, and instructional techniques to garner the immediate trust of the warfighter. **_**This position requires an active TS clearance to apply**_** **Successful candidate will:** + Provide direct instruction to students in both classroom and simulator training environments, including: + Lectures + Computer based learning + Desktop simulation + Crew-based simulation + Supervision of tests and assessments + Collect and review student performance and feedback data for use in reporting and assessment of training effectiveness. + Review and provide feedback to the Prime Contractor on system Interactive Courseware (ICW), Instructor-Led Training (ILT) lessons, scripts for Desktop Training Mode (DTM) events; and scenarios for Tactical Crew Coordination Trainer (TCCT) events for technical accuracy and effective instructional strategy. + Review and provide subject matter expertise to the Government customer, Prime Contractor, and Fleet operators on a highly complex sensor system. + Have familiarity with classified marking and handling requirements as set forth in DoD and DoN policy. + Ensure 100% accountability of classified training materials and engineering documents. + Collect and disseminate training system performance and discrepancy reports. + Provide training device testing and acceptance support.
