Job Title: Training and Development Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist who will play a critical role in establishing scalable education infrastructure. This position involves designing and implementing impactful training programs that support clinical and operational readiness, ensuring long-term success and knowledge transfer within our teams.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver didactic and simulation-based training aligned with organizational initiatives.Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to clinical leadership.Collaborate with clinical staff to develop end-user training and competencies.Partner with operations, employee health, and HR to ensure staff fitness for duty and ongoing competence.Coordinate and track basic life support training and staff certifications.Maintain training and education policies and procedures.Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including class entry, evaluations, certificates, and reporting.Develop onboarding toolkits and streamline onboarding processes via SharePoint.Create and manage content using Articulate 360, Storyline, and Veyond.Mentor and train internal staff on LMS and content development tools.Develop intake forms, templates for competencies, and patient education databases.Essential SkillsProven experience in training and education development.Proficiency with LMS platforms and content development tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Veyond).Strong understanding of onboarding processes and training program design.Ability to mentor and train internal staff with no prior experience.Experience in developing educational content and converting PowerPoint into learning modules.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with SharePoint and Power Apps.Experience working with diverse populations including Hispanic, Latino, and Hmong communities.Knowledge of compliance and HRSA certification tracking.Computer savvy with strong Excel skills.Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work schedule from Monday to Friday, with the requirement to be onsite as needed to ensure work is completed effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
