Airswift is seeking a Training and Development Analyst  to join our client’s team in Georgetown, Guyana.

Responsible for designing, implementing, evaluating, and measuring training programs that enhance the skills,
knowledge, and performance of employees. This role involves identifying training needs, validating training
curriculum, and delivering training sessions to ensure that employees are equipped to meet the organization's
goals and objectives. The Training & Development Analyst will work closely with various departments to align
training initiatives with business strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
