SUMMARY 

Airswift is seeking a Training Analyst to work on a 12 - months assignment in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil and Gas Company.?
Training analyst, with mandatory training experience in the O&G Industry, with experience in offshore training. This person?will interface with other departments to ensure operating parameters are consistent with standards that are expected from our client, and, under limited supervision, perform core tasks to ensure efficient and accurate training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
  Participate in the decision-making of training needs with the evolutionary areas. Prepare manuals and materials for internal training. Promote courses and lectures. Plan training logistics such as room and resource reservations, ticket, and accommodation purchases.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
  Higher Education Advanced English. Previous experience in training. O&G and offshore experience in training is very desirable. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite consisting of Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
