With a real blended approach to learning and using the latest innovative systems and technology, we ensure our service men and women really are prepared for any situation. **About the role:** Raytheon UK is looking for a learning professional with advanced experience in all aspects of training analytics. This role is responsible to the Training Realisation Manager to manage new or changing training needs for an Integrated Training Solution (ITS) which may arise due to specifications change or from changes to relevant policies, legislation and regulations, doctrine and/or the customer’s organisational structures. In addition, the Training Analyst will be required to consolidate and analyse evaluation data from submariner training courses and deliver recommendation reports for governance and issue resolution. **Skills and Experience** + Training analysis processes + Training evaluation processes + Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and within the customer organisation + Good planning and organisational skills **Desirable** + Taking an organisation through an organisational change process and will require a good working knowledge of the processes applied to training analysis and course evaluation + Development and delivery environments and have contributed to the analysis of significant training courses – preferably within a Defence/DSAT environment. + Report writing skills + Good analytical skills + Attention to detail + Good level of IT knowledge **Responsibilities** + Identifying and articulating responses to new or changing training requirements, which may arise from specifications change in the boat build programme or doctrinal change, organisational change and/or changes to policies and/or legislation + Analysing, capturing and articulating training needs arising from new or changing requirements + Support the Training Solution Architect during procurement activities through to solution delivery + Inform on the optimum training solution(s) to meet the customer and end user training requirements, balancing time, cost and quality + Define the training solution at the appropriate level of detail to enable validation, verification of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Formal Training Statements (FTS), ensuring they adequately and accurately reflect the role. + Assisting in the establishment of a training analysis governance structure and performance measurement baseline in coordination with other stakeholders + Gathering and reviewing existing training documentation + Interviewing subject matter experts to collate required data + Participating in internal workshops to discuss and agree findings from analysis and writing reports on the findings of the analysis + Any other duties required to support the evaluation of course data. + Be ‘Responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement’. + Any other duties required to meet the needs of the programme. **Benefits and Work Culture** **Benefits** + Competitive salaries. + 25 days holiday + statutory public holidays, plus opportunity to buy and sell up to 5 days (37hr) + Contributory Pension Scheme (up to 10.5% company contribution) + Company bonus scheme (discretionary). + 6 times salary ‘Life Assurance’ with pension. + Flexible Benefits scheme with extensive salary sacrifice schemes, including Health Cashplan, Dental, and Cycle to Work amongst others. + Enhanced sick pay. + Enhanced family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity & shared parental leave. + Car / Car allowance (dependant on grade/ role) + Private Medical Insurance (dependant on grade) **Work Culture** + 37hr working week, although hours may vary depending on role, job requirement or site-specific arrangements. + Early 1.30pm finish Friday, start your weekend early! + Remote, hybrid and site based working opportunities, dependant on your needs and the requirements of the role. + A grownup flexible working culture that is output, not time spent at desk, focussed.
