Main Objective:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring all activities related to the training and development of personnel in compliance with legal requirements, management system standards, and customer requirements.
What challenges will you have?
Design, manage, and execute training plans for the areas under your responsibility in compliance with legal requirements, customer needs, management systems, and specific business needs.Ensure the necessary resources for the proper deployment of the training plans for the areas under your charge.Ensure continuous improvement of the processes under your responsibility through the execution of projects and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Prepare and present, together with the responsible parties of the areas under your charge, the training indicator reports through data analysis.Attend to audits that take place in your areas of responsibility, ensuring access to the information required by the auditors.QualificationsWho are we looking for?
