As a Michelin intern, you will:

Learn intensively about Michelin, our products and way of doing things.Put that knowledge into practice, in real business scenarios.Work together with our colleagues and your mentor, until you gain independence for your own projects.

Assist your colleagues in various HR activities such as:

Participate in the preparation of the annual training plan together with the training managers.Centralize all necessary data for organizing a training session (start/end dates and times, location, trainer, minimum/maximum number of participants, etc.).Create training sessions in the reference system, based on the annual training plan developed with the training managers or upon specific requests received during the year.Register participants in the reference system when they are unable to do so themselves or for sessions dedicated to a specific target group.Generate and send administrative documents related to training (attendance sheets, training certificates, etc.) to the trainers.Send trainers the necessary materials and tools for conducting the training sessions (digital signature codes, usage instructions, etc.).Cancel sessions and perform all related tasks in the cancellation process (processing cancellations, notifying all parties involved).Verify system accuracy and updates participants' attendance status if needed.Close sessions in the reference system for those not automatically closed.Correct data and anomalies in the reference system and the digital signature platform.Communicate primarily via email with training managers to handle specific cases or issues arising in the administrative process.Monitor the shared inbox and is responsible for resolving training-related requests within their assigned portfolio.
