Job DescriptionTrains and assess new hires and tenured agentsEnsures mastery and knowledge retention of associates through regular uptraining sessionsServes as lead during calibration sessionsWorks collaboratively with global colleagues in preparing training materials, guides, and assessments for existing and new services and projectsDesigns, delivers and assess training for batches of various sizesEnsures that training materials and knowledge base (SOPEDIA) are up-to-date Supports the Team Leads with the introduction and management of quality improvement techniquesPerforms administrative tasks such as reports and timekeeping maintenance during new hire trainingCarry out other tasks as assigned by the OPMx

QualificationsAt least 3 years experience as a Trainer in a BPO set-upExcellent product knowledge and customer service orientationStrong drive to help colleagues improve their knowledge of the product and phone-handling skillsPossess a curious nature and a passion for learning and improvementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Presentation skills experienceExcellent attendance and behaviourAbility to build and promote a positive work cultureHighly flexible in terms of schedule and workload
