Pearson's Clinical Assessment Training Services team is in search of part-time learning facilitators with a clinical and/or educational background to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development. As a learning facilitator, you play a key role in empowering educators and clinicians worldwide, directly supporting Pearson’s commitment to lifelong learning and positive change." This position requires a proven ability to take complex technical information and make it relevant to real-world practice. The ideal candidate should be organized, have excellent customer relations skills and a strong knowledge of adult-learning principles. This is a needs-based, part-time, hourly position.
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
Minimum full-time hourly range is between $50.00 - $130.00 per hour.
This position is not benefits or bonus eligible.

Qualifications:
Advanced Degree in Psychology Current professional license 15+ years of experience in clinical or educational environments, working across all age groups, with a preference for candidates possessing both school-age and adult experience. 5+ years of experience with administration and interpretation of clinical assessment instruments Proficiency with at least 5 Pearson assessment products with a preference for candidates with Q-interactive experience Proficiency with Zoom and other webcast technologies for professional activitiesSkills/knowledge/abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Demonstrated experience using various digital and in-person engagement strategies to facilitate active learning Experience with using standardized professional development materials (PowerPoint, handouts, guides, etc.) and adapting trainings to meet individual customer needs Proficient with interpreting normative and criterion-referenced clinical data Excellent oral and written communication skills Understanding and application of adult learning concepts with professional development delivery Detail oriented and ability to work well in a changing environment Familiarity with CE (Continuing Education) requirements Desire to integrate AI and emerging technologies to continuously improve training methodsRequirements:
Respond to all correspondence (emails, chat messages, etc.) within 48hrs of receipt Regularly attend monthly consultant meetings Have flexible availability for training at least 6-8 days per month with preferred availability on Mondays and/or Tuesdays (*as this position is a part-time, hourly position based on customer need there is no guarantee of hours assigned) Ability to travel as needed for onsite trainings; some international travel may be required Willingness to complete additional projects as requested (training content development, content review, large project assistance)
