Trainer I production/Entrenador de Personal 

Responsable de certificar y auditar el entrenamiento del personal operativo e indirecto. Cumplir con los requerimientos para las auditorías internas de TL9000 en el departamento de entrenamiento. Coordinar entrenamientos internos del personal operativo. Mantener actualizados los registros de entrenamiento y certificación operacional. Impartir y/o coordinar entrenamientos a los diferentes departamentos en base a la necesidad de los mismos. Responsable del cumplimiento legal en materia de capacitación ante la STPS. Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad implementadas por la empresa. Participar en la prevención de accidentes en las instalaciones de la empresa. Educación: Secundaria terminada, Preferentemente preparatoria. Disponibilidad para 3er turno (indispensable)
